Your Mid-Grade Specification Package

All selections below reflect the mid-grade package included in the $498,000 lump-sum contract. These are the products Sterling Construction will source and install. Samantha's design boards (created with designer Bo of Woodward Throwbacks) have been incorporated throughout.

Soft-Close Cabinets Confirmed

As discussed, all kitchen and bathroom cabinetry will include soft-close hinges and drawer glides. This is a mid-grade standard, not an upgrade.
